Love the pack? Keep it a little longer. Ready for something new? Swap it for a fresh one.

Return & Refresh

Send the whole pack back together (packs are curated as a set, so please don't split them up) with the prepaid label, and the next one's already on its way.

Have Outgrown Clothes to Pass On?

We accept gently loved pieces from our approved brand list in exchange for membership credit. Email info@thegoodstuffkids.com with what you have, and we'll confirm if it qualifies and arrange collection.

Good To Know

  • Fully refundable joining fee, returned when you cancel and return your final pack.
  • Every pack includes a prepaid return label - sending back costs nothing.
  • Keep the packaging - we reuse it when your pack comes back to us.
  • Packs are curated as a set. Please keep pieces together and return the full pack when it's time to swap.
  • Kids are kids - everyday wear and tear is expected, no stress. Bigger damage is covered under our care terms in the Terms of Service.
